Tuesdays are my days off.
Typically, the first thing I do once morning chores are completed and the dogs are walked is slip over to receive a deep tissue and Esalen massage from my favorite local Ojai massage therapist.

“What difference could it possibly make,” you thought as a teen, when your parents told you to sit up straight. They might have been talking about your attitude.
